With a global workforce of over 80,000 professionals and a presence in more than 50 countries.Job Title: Azure Machine Learning DeveloperLocation: PAN INDIAExperience: 4+ YearsEmployment Type : Contract-to-HireWork Mode: Work From OfficeNotice Period : Immediate to 15 daysJob Description:Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing AI and machine learning models using Microsoft Azure AI tools such as Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and OpenAI integration;Support data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing efforts for structured, unstructured, and geospatial datasets, including data from Esri platforms;Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, GIS analysts, and business stakeholders to embed AI functionality into modern mobile and web applications;Build, deploy, and monitor AI solutions using Azure, ensuring scalability and performance;Create clear and maintainable technical documentation including model specifications, integration workflows, and user guidance;Participate in product planning and agile development meetings, contributing AI/ML and GIS insights to the team;Stay up-to-date on the latest Microsoft AI advancements, including Responsible AI practices and Azure OpenAI capabilities;Champion the adoption of AI and GIS technologies across the organization through demos, technical workshops, and stakeholder presentations.Required SkillsProficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch;Hands-on experience using Microsoft Azure tools for AI/ML model training, deployment, and monitoring;Familiarity with Esri's ArcGIS platform and its Python-based tools (e.g., ArcPy, ArcGIS API for Python);Understanding of spatial data, GIS workflows, and data visualization using maps;Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences;Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams and contribute to collaborative solution design.Preferred SkillsExperience with Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services (e.g., Azure Language, Vision, or Speech APIs), and Azure OpenAI;Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) and its integration with AI models;Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions;Experience working with Esri products such as ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Enterprise;Exposure to containerization (Docker), REST APIs, and deploying ML models into production environments;Interest in NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics in a GIS context.
