We help telecom operators and businesses simplify connectivity, enhance security, and scale efficiently through next-gen infrastructure and innovation.Role SummaryAs a Junior System Administrator at Almuqeet Systems, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the reliability, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure. You’ll work closely with senior engineers to ensure 24/7 uptime across systems and networks, contribute to automation and documentation, and provide hands-on support for server and network operations.Success in this role means:Proactively maintaining stable, secure, and efficient IT systemsRapidly resolving issues to minimize downtimeSupporting cross-functional teams with reliable system performanceThis position is vital to keeping Almuqeet’s global communication platforms running smoothly and securely.ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain Linux and Windows systemsManage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and security policiesMonitor and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, VLANs, LAN/WAN connectivitySupport and manage virtualization platforms (Proxmox, VMware)Perform regular system backups and ensure disaster recovery readinessDocument configurations, changes, and procedures accuratelyCollaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure upgrades and automation initiativesMaintain system security and ensure 24×7 uptime for critical operationsQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Experience: 1–2 years in System or Network Administration (internship or full-time)Technical Skills:Linux/Windows administrationNetworking protocols and security fundamentalsVirtualization tools (Proxmox, VMware)Backup and monitoring toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationEagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environmentWhy Join Almuqeet Systems?Work with a global leader in telecom and CPaaS solutionsExposure to cutting-edge technologies and enterprise-scale systemsCollaborative and growth-oriented work cultureOpportunities to advance within a rapidly expanding tech organization
