The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, hands-on experience with cloud-native tools, and leadership skills to shape enterprise-grade architectures.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and implement data solutions on GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, Cloud Storage, Looker).Define best practices for ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and governance.Drive data migration, modernization, and optimization initiatives.Mentor and guide teams on performance optimization and scalability.Partner with stakeholders to align architectures with business goals.Skills & ToolsHands-on with BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, Composer (Airflow).Strong programming in Python, SQL, Java/Scala.Data modeling, ELT/ETL pipeline design, distributed systems.Familiar with CI/CD and DevOps practices for data engineering.Certifications (Preferred)Google Cloud Professional Data EngineerGoogle Cloud Professional ArchitectSoft SkillsStrong leadership and mentoring capabilities.Effective communication with technical & business teams.Analytical, problem-solving mindset.Stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
