Account Manager (State clients) – US IT Recruitment & Staffing
Location: Remote
Experience: 5+ years in Account Management
About the Role:
We're looking for a US Account Manager who hold at least 3 years of Account Management experience with State client into US IT Staffing. As a key player in our team, you'll manage strategic client relationships, lead high-performing teams, and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Account Management and handling IT requirements from state clients, leading full recruitment cycle interview, offer, negotiation and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Responsible for Strategy development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement. Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
- Responsible for ensuring that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with organizational policies, and other regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve results.
- Responsible for managing client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience in account management within US staffing industry. Must have recent experience in handling state clients.
- High-level understanding of staffing solutions and client needs within a VMS/MSP environment.
- Updated about technologies of the client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
