About the Company

Bridge Business Support Services is leading the delivery of a cutting-edge, FDA-cGMP artemisinin manufacturing line -combining continuous photochemistry, crystallization, and solvent recovery at industrial scale.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform equipment sizing and specification (reactors, crystallizers, heat exchangers, filters, dryers, tanks, etc.).
  • Prepare mechanical datasheets and review vendor drawings for compliance.
  • Support development of equipment layout drawings, tie-in points, and utility connections.
  • Collaborate with process and instrumentation engineers to ensure integrated design solutions.
  • Evaluate vendor quotations and support procurement in technical bid analysis.
  • Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) and assist during installation & commissioning phases.
  • Ensure all mechanical designs and documents are aligned with cGMP, ASME, API, and US FDA requirements.
  • Provide inputs for maintenance, safety, and reliability considerations in equipment design.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in pharma/chemical plant design or EPC projects.
  • Strong knowledge of ASME codes, API standards, piping & pressure vessel design.
  • Experience in vendor coordination, procurement support, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with cGMP and 21 CFR Part 11/210/211 requirements for regulated markets preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, mechanical design tools, and MS Office.
