IT Infrastructure SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team and take on the role of IT Infrastructure Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure.L2 level Linux AdministrationKey Responsibilities:Server Administration: We require an experienced individual who can administer both Windows and Linux servers. This includes setting up, configuring, and managing server hardware, as well as installing and upgrading operating systems.Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Our ideal candidate will have experience with performance monitoring tools and be able to analyze data to identify areas for improvement. They will also be responsible for implementing optimizations to improve system performance.Resource Utilization Tracking: The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking CPU, RAM, disk, and network resource utilization across our infrastructure.File System Management and RAID Configuration: We require someone who has experience with file system management and RAID configuration. This includes setting up and managing storage systems, as well as configuring RAID levels for redundancy and performance.Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) VM Template Management and Deployment: Our ideal candidate will have experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V. They will be responsible for creating and managing VM templates, as well as deploying new VMs as needed.Active Directory Management: We require an experienced individual who can manage Active Directory, including user, group, and computer object management.Domain Controller Setup and Troubleshooting: The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and troubleshooting domain controllers, ensuring that they are functioning correctly and securely.DNS, DHCP, IIS, SMTP, WINS, DFS Configuration: Our ideal candidate will have experience with DNS, DHCP, IIS, SMTP, WINS, and DFS configuration. This includes setting up and managing these services, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise.Cluster Services Management (NFS, Autofs, NIS, LDAP): We require someone who has experience with cluster services, including NFS, Autofs, NIS, and LDAP. This includes setting up and managing these services, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise.Patch Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patches for all systems, including installation, rollback, and hotfixes.Backup and Recovery Management: We require an experienced individual who can manage backup and recovery processes, ensuring that data is properly backed up and can be recovered in the event of a disaster.Job Scheduling and Crontab Monitoring: Our ideal candidate will have experience with job scheduling and crontab monitoring.
