Leadership OpportunityWe are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our data solutions initiatives, driving strategic and operational growth across the Asia-Pacific region.About the RoleThis position carries critical leadership responsibilities, managing a team of principal analysts while collaborating closely with data engineering, development, and global teams. You will be responsible for establishing regional standards for semantic models, unified data definitions, and Power BI solutions, as well as guiding the deployment of generative AI capabilities and ensuring consistent data governance across multiple markets.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a team of principal analysts, providing guidance and support to drive individual and team performance.Collaborate with data engineering, development, and global teams to establish regional standards for semantic models, unified data definitions, and Power BI solutions.Guide the deployment of generative AI capabilities, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Maintain consistent data governance across multiple markets, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.Develop and implement strategies to improve data quality, metadata management, and lineage.Engage with senior executives internationally, effectively communicating data-driven insights and recommendations.Required Skills & QualificationsOver 7 years' experience in data solutions, analytics, business intelligence, or data product roles, including recent people management experience.Demonstrable experience within general insurance data domains.Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (Premium, XMLA, ALM, optimization, governance).Experience with Snowflake and/or AWS Redshift, plus ETL/ELT tooling such as Informatica.Strong background in semantic model design and unified enterprise data models.Hands-on experience delivering generative AI applications, with understanding of responsible AI.Experience implementing enterprise data catalog and lineage platforms.Strong understanding of data governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality across multiple markets.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven success engaging senior executives internationally.
