About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python, hands-on experience with building and deploying AI/ML models, and a solid understanding of data pipelines and analytics.Key Responsibilities· Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models for production-scale applications.· Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code for data pipelines, pre-processing, and model implementation.· Lead end-to-end model lifecycle: data exploration, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, product managers) to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.· Implement best practices for code quality, testing, version control, and documentation.· Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.· Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and suggest improvements.· Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.· Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and ethical AI standards.Required Skills & Qualifications· Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.· 4+ years of professional experience in Python development.· Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries/frameworks (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).· Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.).· Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, or similar).· Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and working with large datasets.· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI/ML model deployment.· Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow, etc.) is a plus.· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.Good to Have· Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.· Experience in data engineering (ETL pipelines, Spark, Hadoop).· Exposure to API development (FastAPI, Flask, Django).· Contribution to open-source AI/ML projects.
