Senior UX/UI Designer RoleAbout the Job:We are looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. This key member of our design organization will be responsible for creating bespoke web, mobile, and cloud applications, as well as AI solutions and intelligent bots.Main Responsibilities:Discovery & Planning: The ideal candidate will lead workshops with clients to plan and facilitate discovery sessions. These will include problem framing, vision, prioritization, journey mapping, and service blueprints. The findings will then be translated into scope, personas, JTBD, success metrics, and a UX roadmap.Experience Architecture: The designer will define IA, navigation models, user flows, and content structure for web and mobile applications. They will create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity, clickable prototypes.Design System Ownership: The successful candidate will stand up or mature tokens, foundations, components, patterns, and guidelines. They will also govern Figma libraries, including branching, reviews, versioning, and release notes. Additionally, they will partner with engineering to operationalize tokens and Storybook.Craft, Velocity, and Growth: The Senior UX/UI Designer will establish a critique cadence, QA checklists, design reviews, and definition of ready/done for design. They will coach designers, review deliverables, and uplevel documentation quality.Partnership with PM and Engineering: The designer will scope features, estimate, sequence work, and land shippable increments. They will ensure a clean hand-off, including specs, redlines, tokens, motion cues, and support dev during build.Measuring Outcomes: The Senior UX/UI Designer will define UX metrics, including task success, time on task, adoption, NPS/CSAT. They will plan and run usability tests, A/B tests, and analytics reviews, and iterate based on evidence.Key Qualifications:Proven Experience: 8+ years in UX/UI design with experience in leading teams and managing projects.Strong Technical Skills: Proficient in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML/CSS.Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing.What We Offer:Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for Growth: We provide opportunities for growth and professional development.Diverse and Inclusive Environment: We foster a diverse and inclusive environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
