Job TitleA seasoned D365 Finance and Operations professional is sought to deliver end-to-end project solutions from requirements gathering to go-live.Provide expert support and guidance to business stakeholders.Contribute towards solution design and implementation.Develop comprehensive functional and customization design documents.Assist with configuration, data migration, and system integration.Troubleshoot complex issues and recommend optimized solutions.Required SkillsDeep technical expertise in D365 F&O Finance module & Project Management and Accounting (PMA).Ability to apply functional knowledge to practical scenarios and develop innovative solutions.Experience of customized solutions to complex business problems and challenges.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with global colleagues and stakeholders.Demonstrable consultancy experience with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.Strong working knowledge of business processes and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) framework.A logical approach to problem solving and structured introduction of change into operational systems.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.Skill RequirementsRelevant Microsoft certification and PMA Module implementation experience.Minimum 5+ years of experience as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant.Fluent English language skills are mandatory.Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Qualified Accountant or MBA (Finance) degree desirable.
