Senior Generative Artificial Intelligence Model Developer

Job DescriptionThis role involves the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge generative artificial intelligence models and systems. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in creating AI-powered solutions that generate high-quality clinically relevant texts while pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven products that reshape healthcare industries and user experiences. This position requires a deep understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and generative modeling techniques.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new large language models (LLMs) for medical imaging applications.Design and implement methods to improve training efficiency and extend or improve LLM capabilities, reliability, and safety in image-to-text generation using medical data.Perform data preprocessing, indexing, and feature engineering specific to healthcare image and text data.Stay up to date with the latest research literature and think beyond the state of the art to address the needs of our users.Required Skills and QualificationsAt least 3 years of full-time industry experience.Hands-on experience in contemporary AI, including training generative AI models, improving pre-trained models, evaluating these models, and feedback loops.Specialized expertise in model fine-tuning, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), retrieval augmented generation (RAG), LLM tool use, etc.Experience with LLM prompt engineering and familiarity with LLM-based workflows/architectures.Proficiency in Python, PySpark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Transformer, and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Vertex AI or similar platforms.Able to collaborate with software engineers to integrate generative models into production systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency of deployed models.Effective data visualization skills and a keen eye for detail in visual communication.BenefitsMarket competitive salary.
