A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is essential.Bachelor's degree in relevant field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).Comprehensive understanding of Absence Management configurations including absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules in Oracle HCM Cloud.
