Job TitleA Senior Technical Architect is responsible for designing and delivering solutions to address specific business challenges. This role focuses on projects or functional areas within the broader enterprise framework, crafting technical solutions that meet immediate needs while fitting seamlessly into the organization's ecosystem.About the RoleThe Senior Technical Architect is accountable for the overall architecture, design, and integrity of applications under their purview. They work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions are delivered following best practices, are scalable and secure, and deliver value to end-users.Main ResponsibilitiesGathering Requirements: Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand objectives.Solution Design: Translate business needs into technical designs and architecture for solutions, producing design documents or blueprints that outline how the solution will be implemented.Data Management: Design and implement data models, workflows, and integrations for new implementations or enhancements.Module Implementation: Lead the configuration and customization of modules to meet requirements.Integration & Data Management: Design and implement integrations between applications and other systems.Technical Leadership: Act as the technical lead for implementation teams, providing guidance to developers and administrators.Testing & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams and end-users to develop test plans for solutions.Deployment & Support Transition: Plan and coordinate go-live activities for new features or modules.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in designing complex solutions.Diverse Module Experience: Experience with a broad range of modules and integrations.Certified Application Developer: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.Industry or Domain Expertise: Experience in tailoring solutions for specific sectors or functions.Project Leadership: Experience acting as a Solution Architect or Lead Developer in large-scale projects.BenefitsThis role offers opportunities for growth and development, working with a talented team to deliver innovative solutions.
