Job Title: Backend Developer - Node.js InnovatorWe are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and secure backend services using Node.js.You will work closely with the frontend engineers, designers, product, and data teams to integrate backend services with UI/UX frontends and deliver end-to-end product functionality. Our ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with 4+ years of experience in backend development, strong understanding of server-side programming fundamentals, and experience in creating APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL).Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure backend services using Node.js.Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services with UI/UX frontends.Evaluate and adopt new backend technologies, frameworks, and patterns.Mentor and lead a lean backend team.Requirements:4+ years of hands-on backend development experience with Node.js.Strong understanding of server-side programming fundamentals: database design, data models, query optimization, asynchronous programming, backend performance, security, and testing.Proven experience in creating APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL) and integrating with frontend systems.Comfortable working with backend infrastructure: cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD, monitoring/observability.Strong coding practices: writing clean, maintainable, efficient backend code; testing, documentation, code reviews, and emphasis on maintainability & scalability.Benefits:High ownership, visible impact, and a culture that rewards excellence, experimentation & growth.Competitive compensation + equity early in the game – your upside matters.A culture of fast iteration, big ideas, and the chance to build something meaningful.
