Job Title: Identity Access Management Specialist We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Identity Access Management Specialist. Key Responsibilities: Configure SailPoint IdentityIQ to meet business requirements, ensuring secure and compliant identity management practices. Develop and maintain BeanShell scripts for automation and efficiency in identity access management processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement workflows, code deployment strategies, and development plans. Conduct thorough analysis and provide recommendations for IAM cybersecurity landscape, including identity stores, authentication/authorization, strong authentication, and privileged access management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with databases, application servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure, as well as proficiency in DevOps and Agile environments. They should also be proficient in scripting languages like Python, Power Shell, Bash, and tools like Git, Jenkins, Drone, Terraform, Cloud Formation. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ configuration, workflows, code deployment, and development is required. A strong understanding of IAM cybersecurity landscape is essential, including knowledge of identity stores, authentication/authorization, strong authentication, and privileged access management capabilities. Experience with automation and CI/CD best practices, such as scripting languages and tools, is highly desirable.
