ABOUT THIS ROLE: We are seeking an Intermediate Accountant with strong experience in US Accounting Practice. This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond graduate/junior responsibilities and is confident handling end-to-end compliance for a range of clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Prepare and review US Individual, Corporate, and Partnership Tax Returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, etc.) Perform General Ledger Reconciliations and prepare detailed workpapers Assist in year-end Accounting, Financial Statements, and adjusting journal entries Collaborate with Senior Accountants/Managers to finalize client deliverables Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and US GAAP Support and review the work of junior team members when required Utilize US accounting and tax software such as QuickBooks, CCH Axcess, Ultratax, or Lacerte WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 3-4+ Years' Experience in a US Public Accounting or CPA firm Strong understanding of US Tax Laws, Accounting Principles, and Compliance Standards Proficiency with US Accounting and Tax Preparation software Ability to manage client deliverables with minimal supervision Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines We live by our values to cultivate and foster growth and innovation.
