Job Summary

We seek a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance and Commercial Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent numerical skills, financial acumen, legal knowledge, and commercial awareness. This role will involve financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, commercial negotiations, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Financial Analysis: Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.

2.⁠ ⁠Commercial Negotiations: Negotiate contracts with vendors, customers, and partners.

3.⁠ ⁠Contract Management: work along with the legal team and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.

4.⁠ ⁠Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize business performance.

5.⁠ ⁠Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks.

6.⁠ ⁠Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

7.⁠ ⁠Commercial Support: Provide commercial insights to support business growth.

8.⁠ ⁠Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

1.⁠ ⁠Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

2.⁠ ⁠Experience: 5-8 years in finance, commercial, or related roles.

3.⁠ ⁠Skills:

1. Excellent numerical skills and financial analysis

2. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

3. Basic legal knowledge (contract law, corporate law)

4. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

4.⁠ ⁠Certifications: CA, MBA - Finance, or related certifications preferred.
