Job Title: AV Engineer

Job Overview:
The AV Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining audio-visual systems to support organizational events, presentations, and communication needs. This role requires a technical expert with a deep understanding of audio-visual technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
System Design and Installation.
Design and implement audio-visual systems based on the organization‘s requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to understand AV requirements for various projects.
Work closely with IT and facilities teams to integrate AV systems with existing infrastructure.
Technology Research and Evaluation:
Stay updated on emerging audio-visual technologies and trends.
Evaluate new AV solutions and make recommendations for technology upgrades.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation for AV systems, including schematics, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Train end-users on the proper use of AV equipment and systems.
Proficient in Team Handling, Client handling, Project Execution, Project Documentation, working with BOQs etc.
Knowledge of either of the software like: EASE ANALYSIS/DIALUX is a plus and knowledge of designing software like AutoCAD is preferable.
Candidates should be able to make BOQs independently & should be able to analyse technical specs of equipment & draw out circuits.
Salary as per the candidates experience and work track record. Best in the industry, prior experience of handy renowned brands of the AV industry shall be an advantage.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and implementing audio-visual systems.
In-depth knowledge of AV equipment, including but not limited to projectors, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
