OTM Implementation Specialist We are seeking a skilled OTM Implementation Specialist to lead full lifecycle Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations. Key Responsibilities: Lead or participate in full lifecycle OTM implementation projects. Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions. Configure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rules. Perform OTM Cloud configurations and support integration with external systems. Conduct functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issues. Support OTM on-premise to cloud migration activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment. Create documentation, functional specs, and process flows for implementations. Required Skills and Qualifications: 8–12+ Years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). Strong hands-on experience with OTM Cloud; exposure to both functional and technical areas. Proficiency in SQL and OTM-related data structures. Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, version control, build/release processes. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Experience with OTM on-premises to cloud migration. This role requires strong communication and client interaction skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders is required. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of OTM capabilities and features, as well as experience working with various business stakeholders.
