We're Hiring: Senior Tax Accountant Location: Gurugram (Work from Office) Company: Triphunter Experience: 3-5 years (relevant accounting & taxation experience)About TriphunterTriphunter is a fast-growing experiential travel company specialising in international leisure travel, global music festivals, group tours, and premium custom itineraries. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior Tax Accountant who can independently manage our accounting, compliance, and financial controls.Role OverviewAs a Senior Tax Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, reconciliations, and inter-department coordination. This is a hands-on role requiring ownership, accuracy, and strong process understanding.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage daily bank reconciliation, ensuring accurate mapping with party ledgersSupervise and control sales accounting, including invoice generation, validation, and ledger postingHandle purchase reconciliation, vendor ledger scrutiny, and discrepancy resolution with operations/vendorsManage end-to-end GST compliances, including:GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliationEscalation handling and compliance accuracyManage TDS & TCS compliances:Calculation, deduction, timely depositReconciliation and statutory reportingMonitor and control cash management, ensuring accurate daily cash positionReconcile and update corporate credit card statements, ensuring timely accounting and controlsExecute month-end closing activities:Accruals, provisions, reconciliation entriesTimely closure of booksHandle inter-company transactions, reconciliations, and elimination supportCoordinate year-end finalisation of accounts and management reportingMaintain and update payment trackers across multiple internal control sheetsPerform operations tracker costing reconciliation, validating travel costing, payments, and revenue recognitionReview and approve daily payment receipts, ensuring adherence to internal authorization controlsMaintain party-wise ledger controls, including ageing analysis, reconciliation, and balance follow-upsAct as a key coordination point between Accounts, Operations, and ManagementHandle any ad-hoc responsibilities related to accounts and complianceWho We're Looking ForStrong hands-on experience in GST, TDS, reconciliations, and ledger controlAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent attention to detail and process disciplineComfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organisationStrong coordination skills with cross-functional teamsExperience in a travel, services, or multi-entity setup will be an added advantage.What We OfferA high-ownership role with direct exposure to managementOpportunity to work in a growing experiential travel brandClear accountability and decision-making authorityLong-term growth for the right candidateHow to ApplyInterested candidates can email their CV to: deepak.anand@triphunter.incc - kunal.kapoor@triphunter.in Subject: Application – Senior Tax Accountant
