Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to join our team as a Payments Operations Coordinator. This role will play a vital part in building continuous engagement with external payment providers to ensure smooth onboarding and contracting of their services.The ideal candidate will have a background working with online payment providers, be highly energized, organized, and analytical, with strong project management skills, and the ability to maintain high levels of productivity while maintaining an eye for detail.Responsibilities include:Collaborating with multiple external providers and internal departments to coordinate new merchant applications and onboarding processes.Monitoring and preparing management reports on payment performance KPIs, including coordinating with business intelligence analysts to build dashboards.Providing support for external queries and completing requests related to merchant KYC, risk, and compliance requirements.Serving as the master user of external tools and systems, performing regular reports generation, dashboard review, and user management.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.2-5 years of experience in operations or vendor management within ecommerce/digital goods and services.Excellent project management skills, extremely organized, and able to analyze data for improvements.Fluency in English, spoken and written.Benefits:As a Payments Operations Coordinator, you'll enjoy a dynamic work environment that encourages growth and development.
