Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Project Manager to lead multiple technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of progressive experience in technical project management, preferably in a PMO environment.Manage multiple medium to extra-large technical projects aligning project plans and activities with relevant workgroups.Provide consistent and accurate project updates to specific audiences.Monitor and evaluate project progress, risks, and resource requirements.Develop and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders, external vendors, and internal teams.Ensure project budgets and financials align with organizational constraints.Execute projects within a hybrid environment utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to convey complex concepts and influence others.They will also be self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
