Project ManagerYou will be responsible for planning, managing and driving various projects. This includes identifying potential barriers to project success and implementing mitigation strategies.Project Planning: Develop high-level designs and low-level designs, implement solutions and provide post-sales support.Compliance: Ensure compliance in both internal and external products, systems and infrastructure.Stakeholder Management: Keep stakeholders informed about project timelines and progress.Interface with Management: Report on project milestones and present technical knowledge to management.Multi-Project Management: Work simultaneously on multiple projects with varying levels of complexity and achieve agreed-upon project targets.Project Management: Take responsibility for project aspects from requirements gathering to working with project managers on compliance expectations.Process Improvement: Recommend and oversee process improvements and stay up-to-date with best practices and industry trends.Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of products, competitive positioning and industry trends.Servicing Customers: Deliver excellent service that drives end-to-end customer engagement including customer expectations, team success, reporting and invoicing.Integration and Adherence: Possess a comprehensive understanding of own area and others (e.g., architecture or infrastructure) that collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.SLA Compliance: Ensure adherence to SLAs on response, break-fixes and escalation.Issue Resolution and Bug Fixes: Resolve issues and bugs in a timely manner while managing client expectations.Quality Standards: Maintain high-quality work standards.Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability: Maintain confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets including business-critical information.Required Skills and QualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computers, Information Technology or related field.Certifications: CISSP/CISM/CEH/CISA/PMP/CCSP preferred.Experience: At least 10 years of significant experience in a similar role.Project Management Tools: Knowledgeable of IT project management, tracking, reporting and risk/issue mitigation tools such as Microsoft Project.Complexity and Risk Handling: Demonstrated success handling initiatives of high complexity and risk.Cyber Security: Familiar with cyber security technologies and tools such as NDR, NBAD, IDS/IPS, Firewalls, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, Threat intel platforms etc.NBACS Experience: Any experience with SOC/incidence response/blue and red teams/network forensics is preferred.Operating Systems: Familiar with Windows/Linux (Ubuntu/RedHat/CentOS – Current)/Mac OS especially with respect to installation or setting up of the platform, configuring or modifying
