Data-Driven Project Manager

Project Manager: Lead Data InitiativesThe successful candidate will lead data-driven initiatives, ensuring seamless project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams. They will drive the overall client experience by effectively managing project schedules, scopes, and costs while maintaining high-quality standards.This role requires a proactive approach to meeting client requirements, consulting on best practices, and submitting project requirements into workflow systems. The Project Manager will also be responsible for tracking progress, communicating with clients, and delivering services that meet their needs.Key Responsibilities:Consult with internal teams and Corporate Business Systems to plan and execute projects aligned with industry best practices.Gather requirements from various personnel and communicate action items or requests to Operations, Management, Development, and Corporate Business Systems.Assist in planning testing and data migration efforts with the corporate business systems team.Manage Shared Services' expectations by providing regular detailed status updates and reporting.Deliver proactive communication with various teams and serve as a point of escalation for inquiries or issues.Consolidate requirements and requests to applicable teams or departmental systems and clarify priority with Corporate Business Systems and Dev teams prior to implementation.Track progress internally to ensure timely completion and budget management.Serve as an advocate to champion the team's needs internally to ensure project scope and expectations are understood and deadlines met.Provide regular progress updates on action items during recurring project meetings.Identify, address, and document new internal processes to gain efficiencies or improve 'Order to Cash' effectiveness.Communicate work instructions and requirements clearly to Operations.Provide guidance, instruction, and work direction for active projects to Shared Services' teams as required.Work with Corporate Business Systems to demonstrate and present requirements to existing and prospective implementation partners.Perform on-site office visits as required.Maintain a general understanding of our industry trends and a thorough understanding of all company products, services, and technologies.Obtain a working knowledge of all operating and business systems.Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of Shared Services' client deliverables based on new initiatives and process changes.Collaborate with clients to establish best practices to meet their needs and address prioritization issues that may arise.Requirements:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Deep understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry.Demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects.Excellent client relationship skills, including proactive management of client expectations, recognition of client needs, and adaptation of company capabilities to consistently meet client requirements.Problem-solving, analytical, and organization skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Minimum 2 years' experience in project management, consulting, litigation support, or paralegal roles in top-tier law firms, consulting practices, or vendors.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Solid understanding of database design and management, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements.Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.Benefits:Paid time off options to maintain a work-life balance.Ongoing learning and development opportunities through training and education reimbursement programs.Diverse and inclusive workplace fostering growth and achievement.Supportive team of mission-driven individuals who genuinely love what they do.Global wellness program promoting employee wellbeing.About Us:KLDiscovery provides technology-enabled services and software to help clients solve complex data challenges.
