Our team seeks a highly skilled and experienced programmer to support our statistics and programming department across various projects, clients, and therapeutic areas.The ideal candidate will provide exceptional programming support by manipulating large databases and generating reports to facilitate analysts' exploration of real-world healthcare data assets. This role requires excellent SAS and SQL programming skills as well as the ability to implement complex logic. The successful candidate must be comfortable with creating complex analysis datasets from various data sources, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.SAS expertise is required, while R programming experience is preferred.We welcome candidates with experience in any therapeutic area; however, rare disease experience is considered a plus.Real-world healthcare claims database experience, such as MarketScan or Optum, is essential.
