Lead Financial Process OptimizationAs a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for spearheading financial process improvement initiatives across Oracle ERP systems. Your expertise in core finance modules and deep understanding of accounting principles will enable effective system configuration and end-user enablement.You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze financial process requirements, ensuring seamless integration with business needs.Your responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Oracle Financial modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Credit Management, and Tax, to drive financial efficiency and accuracy.You will develop functional specification documents, BRDs, and configuration workbooks to ensure clear communication and implementation of financial processes.Additionally, you will lead data conversions, mappings, and FUT, as well as own all finance-related objects, including opening balances, AP/AR transactions, and assets.You will coordinate with technical teams on integrations, conduct system testing, and troubleshoot and resolve functional issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.Your role also involves providing end-user training, creating process documentation, and supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this position, you will need:7+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Finance Consultant (Fusion or EBS)A strong understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP / IFRS)Hands-on experience configuring GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Credit Management, and Tax modulesExperience with financial reporting tools (FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View)An understanding of financial integrations with third-party systemsExcellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skillsBenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects, leveraging your expertise to drive financial process excellence.
