Job Title:Human Resources Business PartnerAbout the Role:This position is responsible for driving HR strategy and workforce planning. The successful candidate will lead and mentor an HR team, manage end-to-end hiring processes, run key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives, conduct reviews and training initiatives, strengthen company culture, onboarding, and engagement. Additionally, they will oversee payroll, human resource management systems, compliance, and documentation.This is a full-time role that involves collaboration with leadership to align business objectives with HR initiatives. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in Human Resources practices, including HR policies and employee relations. They should also possess strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectivesLead and mentor the HR teamManage end-to-end hiring processesRun KPIs and objectivesConduct reviews and training initiativesStrengthen company culture, onboarding, and engagementOversight of payroll, human resource management systems, compliance, and documentationRequirements:Proven expertise in Human Resources practices, including HR policies and employee relationsStrong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and mitigate risk10+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership positionA Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications such as SHRM or HRCI are a plus
