Overview:TNM Studios seeks a dynamic, versatile Videographer to capture, edit, and produce creative video and photo content across a variety of projects. The ideal candidate is skilled in both camera and smartphone video shoots, has a keen eye for photography, and delivers polished edits aligned with fast-paced media production standards.Key Responsibilities:Film high-quality videos using both professional cameras (DSLR/Mirrorless) and phones for various content types (product shoots, BTS, events, promos, UGC, etc.).Capture photographs as required, ensuring consistent lighting, framing, and brand-aligned visuals.Coordinate with the creative team for pre-production planning, shot lists, and conceptual alignment.Set up lighting and audio equipment as per shoot requirements.Edit raw footage and photos into engaging, final content using advanced video and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop).Optimize content for different social and digital platforms: format, color grading, subtitles, pacing, and aspect ratios.Organize and manage media files and project archives for easy access and retrieval.Stay updated with the latest video trends, phone shooting techniques, and editing software innovations.Required Skills & Qualification:2+ years of experience in videography, photography, and video editing with a professional portfolio.Proficiency in both camera and mobile videography, with a strong working knowledge of shooting principles, exposure, framing, and audio capture.Advanced experience in editing software: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent apps for mobile editing.Ability to independently manage full-cycle projects, from concept and shooting to post-production delivery.Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail in both shooting and editing.Strong communication skills for collaboration with producers, creative directors, and talent.Familiarity with digital content optimization for web and social platforms.Preferred Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in media, film production, or related field (or equivalent real-world experience).Experience with trending content formats, fast-turnaround deadlines, and UGC-style shoots.Comfortable working with a variety of clients and on-location or studio assignments.Application Requirements:Link to portfolio (showcasing both video and photo work with variety in commercial, product, and lifestyle content).Brief cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and motivation for joining TNM Studios.
