Job Title: Strategic HR Business PartnerAt the core of every successful business lies a well-managed human resources function.This is where we need your expertise to lead, motivate and inspire our employees towards achieving company goals. We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and streamline HR operations across global locations.The role focuses on compliance, employee lifecycle, process improvement, and data-driven HR delivery.Key Responsibilities:Oversee employee lifecycle management — from onboarding to exit.Ensure accurate data management across all of HR systems and employee data.Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, LWF, labour acts).Coordinate with Finance and Legal for audits and payroll compliance.Maintain organizational structure accuracy and updates.Employee Experience & Engagement:Drive onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and recognition initiatives.Build an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.Performance & Policy Management:Driving yearly goal setting, annual appraisal, and performance review process cycles, and policy updates.Establish an employee grievance process and sustain it by seamless execution.Reporting & Analytics:Prepare monthly dashboards and analytics for headcount, attrition, and other HR activities.Support leadership with data insights for strategic decisions.Stakeholder Management:Partner with business, IT, Finance, and Legal teams for operational efficiency.Manage stakeholder communication and resolve HR queries proactively.Additional Responsibilities:Serve as HR SPOC for leadership communication and initiatives.Coordinate quarterly townhalls and internal communication forums.Travel to our office in Gujarat on quarterly basis.Qualifications & Experience:Master's in HR / Business Administration or related field.10+ years' experience in HR operations with minimum 3-4 years in leading a team.Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and exposure to global HR practices.Experience in process automation and HR digital transformation.
