Job DescriptionThe role of an Identity Security Specialist is pivotal in ensuring that business roles meet the required standards, thereby promoting security compliance. This involves collaborating closely with departments and data owners to maintain roles that cater to business demands while adhering to strict security procedures.This position entails a thorough analysis and remediation process to ensure that access rights are aligned with the organization's policies and regulations. It requires effective coordination with other units for operational purposes as well as timely reporting to management on key tasks, issues, and findings.Key Skills and QualificationsProven experience in implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and recommending roles using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.Background in transformational projects related to Identity and Access Management technologies, specifically SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.Expertise in IAM Business Analysis, focusing on Identity and Access Management, along with experience in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.Strong skills in Access Governance, Recertification, SOD Policies, Role Management, Role Mining, and Analytics.Knowledge of audit and compliance reporting requirements.Proficiency in MS Active Directory, Database, SQL, and Shell Scripting.Experience in aggregating accounts and entitlements in SailPoint - Identity Now.Understanding of Risk-Based Access Control and Role Engineering techniques.Ability to review and remediate orphan/uncorrelated accounts.Good To HaveFamiliarity with Information Security Concepts and Domains, particularly Access Control.Hold certifications such as SailPoint Certified Identity Now Professional, ITIL, ISO 27001, or CISM.
