The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, technical architecture, and experience with Pega Infinity and latest versions.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of development experience, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to work at a broad technical level in all phases of the application systems project life cycle.Required Skills and Qualifications:Having 5+ years of development experiencePEGA CSSA certification is mandatoryExposure to PEGA Infinity and latest versionsAbility to implement rules and build low-level designKnowledge and experience in integrations like SOAPHas experience in working Agile projectsKnowledge on XML, Java, SQLGood knowledge of PEGA GuardrailsBenefits:Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organizationExtensive client handling experienceOnsite offshore coordinationUnderstanding key value drivers and role in enterprise architectureCollaboration with Developers, Business Analyst, QA, and all other stakeholdersOthers:Engineering Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science Preferred) or MCA with a good background of software development/technical architecture.
