Are you looking for a challenging role in process excellence?We are seeking an experienced Manager – Process Excellence to facilitate process improvement activities and quality scores using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of analysts for various projects.Work closely with senior managers, process owners, SMEs to define the goal for improvement, the defects to be eliminated or improved.Collect data, analyze performance and measure progress by sharing metrics of findings.Monitor projects throughout the entire process ensuring timely and successful completion.Facilitate resolution for dependencies and conflicts by prioritizing deliverables and assigning resources based on direction provided by senior manager.Presents project updates and data to leadership group regularly.Develop strong working relationships with management, project team and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and trust.Ensure team members document processes and create knowledge-based documents.Support individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency.RequirementsBachelor's degree required; Masters/MBA preferred.Black Belt certification required, external certification from approved training program preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.Self-driven & dynamic leader with 8+ years' experience with change management, project management, continuous performance improvement and/or data analysis, preferably in service industry.Demonstrated desire to learn new skills and drive changes in a positive spirit of cooperation and collaboration.Solid skills in data collection, aptitude for math and statistical concepts (formal class work in basic statistics preferred). Proficiency in statistical software preferred (e.g. Minitab, SPSS).Proficient with MS Office tools (e.g. Power Point, Excel, Access, Word).About UsA fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can grow professionally and develop your skills.
