Job Description:Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Regulatory Compliance Specialist. This position will involve preparing regulatory-compliant Safety Data Sheet (SDS) documents for international customers.The successful candidate will be responsible for authoring regulatory compliant SDS/Labels for external customers, ensuring compliance with US, EU, CA and other countries' regulations.Key responsibilities include evaluating toxicological, environmental, chemical, and physical properties for the determination of hazards of substances and chemical products, performing quality control and regulatory compliance reviews of SDS/Labels prepared by others team members, and assisting in establishing the details of the SDS/Labels content to be delivered contractually.Additionally, the Regulatory Compliance Specialist will provide related services such as regulatory training, performing compliance reviews, writing procedures, and providing consultation services.This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience in sciences: Biology/Chemistry applications, Health/Safety/Environmental regulations and/or toxicology.Experience in product stewardship or regulatory affairs.Experiences as a user of EH&S related software.Consulting experience.Self-starting/motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Benefits:As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package, opportunities for career growth and development, and a collaborative work environment that supports your success.Others:Our organization is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all colleagues feel valued and respected.
