We help local and small businesses stand out online, and now we’re expanding our paid acquisition team.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook & Instagram) with 1–2 years of hands-on experience. This is a part-time, fully remote role that requires just a couple of hours a day, perfect for someone who wants steady work and enjoys performance-driven digital marketing.You’ll be responsible for creating, launching, monitoring, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns to generate leads for our WaaS offering.---Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and launch Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaignsWrite compelling ad copy and choose relevant creativesAudience research, interest targeting, and basic funnel setupMonitor campaign performance and optimize for lower CPLA/B testing creatives, headlines, and audiencesPrepare weekly performance reportsMaintain ad account hygieneCollaborate with our internal team on landing pages & lead flowStay updated on Meta Ads best practices and policy changesRequirements1–2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads ManagerProven experience running lead-gen campaigns in IndiaUnderstanding of CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and CPL optimizationAbility to create simple creatives or guide our design teamStrong analytical mindset with willingness to experimentGood communication skillsOwn laptop + stable internetAbility to commit 2–3 hours/day consistentlyNice to Have (Not Mandatory)Experience with Canva or basic creative toolsExperience working with agencies or D2C/local businessesBasic understanding of landing pages and conversion flowWhat We OfferFlexible remote working (work anytime during the day)Opportunity to grow as we scale our WaaS productLong-term, steady collaborationExposure to fast-paced marketing & growth environmentsHow to ApplySend examples of successful Meta campaigns to:📩 abbaz@freedfyweb.comor Easy apply here
