Job Description:As a skilled RPA Project Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of robotic process automation projects. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the mobilisation, definition, development, and deployment phases.You will lead several concurrent projects that involve consultants, developers, and clients. This will include establishing the Project Management Plan, tracking milestones, and coordinating meetings with client stakeholders as aligned with the delivery operating model.You must understand business and technical requirements to effectively coordinate/document process definition, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities with client stakeholders.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Information Management or equivalent education and experience.Minimum 2 years of project management experience.Excellent planning, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.Understanding of IT delivery methodologies (ITIL, Agile, Lean, etc).Prior experience in leading similar projects in robotics process automation (i.e. Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere).Leadership skills to inspire team members to attain goals and pursue excellence.Ability to size and prioritise large-scale initiatives across businesses and functions.Bonus Points—Prior work with OCR technologies (e.g., ABBYY, IBM Datacap, etc).Benefits:Hiring now for immediate start.Competitive salary determined by level and experience.Benefits package including healthcare, relocation, vacation, and holidays.
