Our analysts have a blend of in-depth domain expertise, strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills and excellent soft skills.What will you do?- Manage and develop Scaled Agile portfolios of the highest complexity- Serve as a team member, track lead on Agile / Scrum delivery engagements for clients & guide the teams to follow Agile and Scrum practices to promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint- Optimize scrum team velocity to identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance- Oversee systemic impediments to team agility and guide the teams on methods to escalate- Deliver capabilities using agile practices while following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met- Partner with discipline managers to convey their concerns to scrum teams about governance policies and adherence to corporate standards- Collaborate with product owners, program or project managers to communicate delivery of work product from the teams and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements- Train other Scrum master's and serve as a mentor to less experienced staff- Execute consulting engagements in a global delivery model, working with consultants across regions- being part of a team of high performing consultants- Contributing to the profile and reputation of Infosys Consulting through firm building, new capability and offering development initiatives, thought leadership, whitepapersWhat do we require?- We are looking for 4-9 years experienced Business Analyst with Life Science background (Commercial analytics, Patient support program, LIMS, MES, R&D etc.) to build the bridge between our business and clients, immersing themselves in the market to understand problems and find innovative solutions. In addition to working with/on multiple teams, you will have an opportunity to improve processes and systems, and conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems alongside a team of other analysts/developers.- Minimum 2+ years of experience as Scrum Master running agile ceremonies & driving continuous improvements- Must have Life Science background- Demonstrate excellent core competence and experience in delivery of agile projects using scrum or various other methodologies across value chain in Life Sciences- Proven efficiency in conflict management, influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to lead or manage stakeholders effectively.- Proficiency with IT tools supporting delivery, example JIRA, Confluence etc
