The role focuses on compliance, employee lifecycle, process improvement, and data-driven HR delivery.Key Skills & CompetenciesExpertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, and HRMS platforms.Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and process orientation.Ability to manage teams in a global IT setup.Job Responsibilities:Oversee employee lifecycle management — from onboarding to exit.Ensure accurate data management across all of HR systems and employee data.Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, LWF, labour acts).Coordinate with Finance and Legal for audits and payroll compliance.Maintain organizational structure accuracy and updates.Additional ResponsibilitiesServe as HR SPOC for leadership communication and initiatives.Coordinate quarterly townhalls and internal communication forums.Oversee the travel arrangements and ensure the timely delivery of the team member.Requirements:Master's in HR / Business Administration or related field.10+ years' experience in HR operations with minimum 3-4 years in leading a team.Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and exposure to global HR practices.Experience in process automation and HR digital transformation.
