Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Catalog Associate at Swish Club in Bengaluru. The Catalog Associate will be responsible for managing product catalogs, quality control, and ensuring accurate product listings. Daily tasks may include analyzing data, communicating with vendors, and conducting research to enhance the e-commerce experience for users.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update product catalogs across various platforms.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the catalogs.
Converting raw data to final content which would be live on the website
Perform quality checks on the catalog data to identify and correct discrepancies.
Reviewing all available data and researching for missing information
Utilize advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other tools to analyze and report on catalog data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and process product information.
Support the team in ad-hoc tasks and projects related to catalog management.
Contributing to reducing and solving issues in catalog for optimizing speed of the catalog upload process.

Skills Required:

Advanced Excel: Proficiency in using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other advanced data manipulation tools.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or content management systems.
Basic knowledge of data management principles.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.

Salary:
Maximum bracket is 3LPA
