As an Identity Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.You will work closely with teams to develop and configure Saviynt solutions that meet client needs.Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt.Develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.Assist in the creation of technical documentation and training materials.To excel in this role, you must have a minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience working in Identity-IGA Domain with a strong understanding of identity and access management principles. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell, and experience working with cloud platforms are also required. Saviynt certification(s) are preferred but not necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team are must-haves for this role.The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide junior developers, are also essential.
