To accomplish this, we are building a highly motivated team, having right mix of curiosity, expertise, and stamina to transform the spacePosition Overview:The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the comprehensive onboarding of new clients, ensuring high-quality payroll processing services in a dynamic environment. This role requires a meticulous approach to organizational policies, exceptional customer service, and proficient management of client documentation and system configuration.Job Responsibilities:o Execute the client onboarding process, including information gathering, system setup, andpolicy implementationo Configure payroll, leave, expense claims, and attendance modules according to clientspecificationso Manage workflow through initial payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of alltransactionso Collaborate effectively within a team while demonstrating the ability to work independentlyo Ensure thorough documentation and accurate processing of all payroll-related informationo Provide client education on software utilization and best practiceso Adapt to high-volume periods, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processeso Apply comprehensive knowledge of benefits, compensation principles, income tax, andretirement planso Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex client needso Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management capabilitieso Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory compliance related to payroll, including PF, ESI,Professional Tax, LWF, and Income Tax.o Should develop in-depth product knowledge to do product fitment gap analysis between client'srequirement and product features and functionalitiesAbout PaybooksPaybooks is on a mission to make HCM & payroll simple and delightful for businesses.
