Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy. Having a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for operational systems and processes. Identify opportunities for improving technical processes and workflows. Collaborate with business team members to streamline technical operations. Implement system updates and improvements as required. Maintain accurate documentation of technical processes, procedures, and system configurations. Work closely with the Business teams to support business initiatives. Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Become a key stakeholder in the transformation journeys of thousands of users. Work Week: 6 Day work week (Week Off aligned with Business Teams)
