This role involves advanced data analysis, model development, client management, and mentoring, with minimal supervision.Scope of the RoleAs a lead contributor, you'll manage multiple workstreams or entire projects—scoping, planning, delivery, and quality assurance—while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and guiding junior team members.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveryBuild and redesign forecast models from scratch, including patient flow and baseline trending modulesConduct advanced data and analogue analysis to generate actionable insightsDevelop tailored tools, frameworks, and solutions for client needsEnsure rigorous quality assurance and testing throughout project lifecycleManage client relationships with proactive communication and strategic guidanceMentor consultants and analysts, fostering a collaborative team cultureContribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice developmentSupport business development and proposal creationLead and participate in organizational initiatives Key TasksUnderstand client data, market dynamics, and project requirementsDesign and develop forecasting models and validate scopeInnovate in technical implementation and ensure process conformanceTrain and guide junior team membersMaintain high standards in execution, reporting, and stakeholder communicationIdeal Candidate Profile2–8 years of experience in Pharma forecasting projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProven experience in client-facing roles and team leadershipExpertise in forecasting methodologies and pharma domain knowledgeExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
