Senior Analog Circuit Design EngineerJob OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analog Circuit Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CMOS analog design fundamentals with hands-on experience in designing and implementing high-performance analog circuits.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign complex analog circuit blocks such as OTA, Charge Pump, Bandgap Reference, Ring Oscillator, LC-VCO, etc.Develop SERDES-related circuits including TIA, DRV, P2S, Serializer, RCOMP, Calibration Blocks, Receiver Front-End, CTLE, DFE, CDR Loop, Phase Interpolators, Deserializer, S2P, FFE, Pre-Drivers, Level Shifters, V2I Circuits, Slicers, Samplers, and other custom building blocks.Utilize Cadence Virtuoso Schematic & Layout editors to create and optimize circuit designs.Analyze MOS device operation and ensure solid understanding of its behavior.Perform layout of designed circuits, analyze parasitic effects, conduct hardware measurements, and analyze silicon results.Evaluate the impact of device characteristics on circuit-level behavior and identify critical parameters for system-level performance.Contribute to automation initiatives and efficiency-improvement projects to enhance overall product development.RequirementsStrong background in CMOS analog design fundamentals.Hands-on experience in designing and implementing high-performance analog circuits.Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso Schematic & Layout editors.Solid understanding of MOS device operation.About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for experienced Senior Analog Circuit Design Engineers to take their skills to the next level and contribute to the development of innovative products.
