System Infrastructure ManagerWe are seeking experienced professionals to support our global IT operations, infrastructure management, and enterprise system environments for international clients. These fully remote freelance roles are ideal for engineers with a strong background in managing servers, networks, cloud environments, and end-user systems.About the Role:Manage and maintain Linux or Windows servers across development, testing, and production environments.Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of critical applications and infrastructure.Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve incidents quickly.Set up, configure, and maintain virtual machines, cloud instances, and on-prem infrastructure.Manage users, permissions, and security policies across systems.Apply patches, updates, and upgrades for OS, applications, and security components.Support network troubleshooting, firewall rules, VPN access, and connectivity issues.Work with ticketing systems, document resolutions, and follow standard ITIL processes.Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams to support deployments and operational workflows.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator.Strong knowledge of either Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) or Windows Server administration.Experience with user management, permissions, and system security best practices.Ability to troubleshoot hardware, OS, and network issues.Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).Understanding of backup, recovery, and storage systems.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Benefits:Opportunity to work on global infrastructure and IT support initiatives.Multiple openings with rapid onboarding.Fully remote with flexible working hours.Long-term freelance engagement with consistent workload.Exposure to modern cloud and hybrid IT environments.How to Apply:Send your CV to us.
