Job OverviewWe're seeking an accomplished Quality Assurance Strategist to spearhead automation, performance, and data integrity initiatives.About the RoleYou'll be responsible for leading the development of a scalable automation framework that's resilient to UI changes and supports continuous releases. Additionally, you'll build a data integrity testing system to ensure customer isolation and prevent cross-tenant data issues.Key ResponsibilitiesLead quality engineering and own product quality across releases.Build and scale test automation systems across web, API, and performance.Design and maintain test data generation systems for realistic customer simulation.Partner with Engineering to embed quality gates into CI/CD.Define and measure key quality KPIs (defect leakage, automation coverage, test pass rate, etc.).Conduct performance, scalability, and load testing for core workflows.Mentor QA engineers and drive a culture of proactive quality ownership.Achievements Expected:Establish a robust automation framework, ensuring our product meets enterprise-grade expectations without breaking.Requirements:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Skills: Proven experience in Quality Assurance, software development, and technical leadership; knowledge of testing methodologies, agile practices, and cloud infrastructure.
