We celebrate creativity, curiosity, and collaboration in everything we do.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React and Next.js to lead and shape our frontend architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-performance, user-centric web applications that set benchmarks for usability and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the frontend architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications using React and Next.js.Deliver clean, modular, and efficient code while maintaining scalability and performance.Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and user experience.Integrate with RESTful APIs and gRPC / gRPC-Web services efficiently.Conduct thorough code reviews, implement unit and integration tests, and ensure CI/CD compliance.Drive adoption of best practices in accessibility, security, and performance optimization.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and code quality.What You Bring4–7 years of experience in frontend development, with strong React expertise.Hands-on experience in Next.js (SSR, ISR, routing, API routes).Solid understanding of web fundamentals — HTTP, rendering, caching, and performance optimization.Strong command of TypeScript, modern state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.), and component libraries (Material UI, Chakra UI, or similar).Experience writing and maintaining unit, integration, and E2E tests (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).Familiarity with gRPC / gRPC-Web integrations (nice to have).Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor peers and contribute to architectural decisions.Why Join Unified InfotechJoin a 14-year legacy of innovation serving clients across USA, Europe, APAC, LATAM, and the Middle East.Work in a flexible, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment.Competitive compensation and benefits designed to attract top talent.Collaborate with some of the brightest minds in design, technology, and strategy.Access to the latest technologies, tools, and learning resources.Be part of a planned growth phase where your ideas and leadership can shape our future.
