Rockwood’s is seeking Service Now Developer for our client based in Hyderabad/Chennai for Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Hyderabad/Chennai

Duration: Long-term

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team for an onsite role in Hyderabad or Chennai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development and event management, with a strong background in automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Implement ServiceNow event management and playbook automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement auto-remediation solutions.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other tools and platforms, including Big Panda.
  • Ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow development.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow event management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow playbook and auto-remediation.
  • Familiarity with Big Panda.

Preferred Extras:

  • AWS Certification.
  • Experience with SNOW modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge).
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (preferred tools: GitLab, Jenkins).
  • Experience with automation tools (preferred: Puppet, Ansible).

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad or Chennai.
