Job Title:Associate Private Credit ProfessionalJob OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Associate Private Credit Professional to join our team. As a key member of our credit group, you will play a critical role in the administration of private equity/debt funds.Main ResponsibilitiesTo manage loan portfolios, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of loan life cycle tasks.To prepare and review financial statements and reports, providing support for investor relations activities.To facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders, addressing conflicts and queries related to loan servicing.To maintain baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in loan servicing instruments.To provide support for capital commitments, Investor calls, and distributions notices.To record and maintain middle and operation roles of loan cycles, including trade support and documentation.To understand fund agreements, including offering memorandums, valuations statements, and side letters.To prepare and review fund-level financial statements, including consolidated balance sheets, statements of partners' capital, income statements, and investments.To carry out high-level reviews of transactions surrounding PE funds, such as capital calls, distributions, and carried interest calculations.To perform daily IBOR maintenance, monthly cash and position reconciliation, and quarterly fair value processing.To prepare quarterly unaudited financial statements and statements of partners' capital.To calculate and analyze monthly/quarterly net asset values (NAV) of funds and run waterfall models.To prepare capital call and distribution allocations upon client directives and generate these notices (ILPA) to investors.Desired Experience:A minimum work experience of 4+ years in reconciliations and Fund Accounting.Skills Required:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.Proficiency in loan servicing instruments and accounting software.
