Molding Solutions is seeking a highly skilled, experienced Senior Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing organization. Job Description (main tasks)

  • Design, develop, and deploy full-stack (web) applications for industrial monitoring and control applications, including backend and frontend.
  • Develop reusable and modular UI components tailored for specialized industrial interfaces, focusing on efficiency and user-friendliness in shop floor environments.
  • Implement secure and scalable REST APIs, ensuring reliable communication between industrial devices, backend services, and user interfaces.
  • Collaborate in a cross-functional team, including engineers and domain experts.
  • Debug, optimize, and enhance existing software to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Compose clear, maintainable, and well-documented code.


Core Skills (must have)


  • A degree in the field of Computer Science or comparable qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Backend Development with technologies like Node.js and Python, along with proficiency in database systems such as SQL (PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB).
  • Expertise in Frontend Development using modern UI frameworks like Angular or Svelte, with strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and working with REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience in Infrastructure and Deployment, including deploying applications to cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Puppet.
  • Proficiency in Software Development Techniques, including the use of remote collaboration tools like GitHub, Confluence, and Jira for version control, documentation, and task management.

  • Programming Languages: Python (with FastAPI framework), JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Frontend Frameworks: Svelte, Angular
  • Backend Frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, or similar Python-based frameworks
  • Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB)
  • Operating Systems: Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, etc.)
  • Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
  • CI/CD Tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins
  • Infrastructure Management: Terraform, Ansible
  • Version Control: Git, GitHub
  • Security Practices: Authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT), API security, encryption techniques
