We think long-term.What You'll DoDesign and build our multi-agent AI orchestration engine.Architect scalable workflows, microservices, and distributed systems.Build core backend systems and high-velocity features.Lead integration of LLMs, toolchains, automations, and data pipelines.Collaborate directly with founders on product and strategy.Set engineering standards, CI/CD, DevOps, and system reliability.Help hire and grow the engineering team as we scale.This is a 0 → 1 → scale leadership role, not a maintenance job.What We're Looking ForStrong engineering and architecture background.Experience with at least some of:Python, Node.js, TypeScript.AI/LLM workflows.LangChain, agentic frameworks.Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).Distributed systems, microservices, or event-driven architecture.Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP.Ability to break down complex problems and ship fast.Clear communication and founder mindset.Someone who wants to build, not wait for instructions.What You GetMeaningful equity and ESOPs (founding team level).Masive ownership from day one.Direct influence on product, roadmap, and culture.Opportunity to build a category-defining AI platform.Work with an ambitious, execution-driven founding team.Don't Apply IfYou want a fancy title without hard work.You freeze in ambiguity.You need a big team to get things done.You're not comfortable owning systems end-to-end.
